The seven different sources of uncertainty

A interesting topic that stood out to me was the seven different sources of uncertainty, role as a speaker, speaking abilities, your ideas, the audience’s response, the setting, technology, and evaluation. All seven of these sources are very useful when speaking in public and I have not made the initiative to even think about them. By having all seven different sources of uncertainty in the back of my mind when speaking in public, I think it might help me with my apprehensive to public speaking. Other than the seven different sources of uncertainty, chapter two was very helpful to me because it filled me in with a lot of information that I have not thought about.
