Chapter 6 response

The videos once again gave me useful tips that I can use to improve my speech ability. The first video gave me more confidence about the use of the library. How I can get information about the research im doing and to not be shy about asking the librarians for help haha. Also, doing a full research about my topic is very crucial in presenting the information. Once again, the second video where Dory is giving her speech, just gives me the chills about the whole presenting speeches. The third video didn’t really interest me to much, talking about gastropods and slugs. I think over all, I will definitely keep in mind about the researching before the presentation since it seems like the key to a successful speech.

    I completely agree when it comes to "the use of the library. How I can get information about the research im doing and to not be shy about asking the librarians for help." I don't think I have ever, ever asked a librarian for help, always assuming I could do it myself. Pretty funny, but kind of shows what kind of student I was. Now, after learning that new knowledge is passed on from others, I think we should rely on those people who are at our service because that is what they do.

    The videos I say did teach my a little bit of how to enter any potential speech. It is very interesting as to how the two videos entered, and finished their speeches in a different way. I think that you will definitely keep the study habits and research steps to present a successful speech later on. Don't forget what could potentially be great information later on for your other classes!

    it seems like we got a few of the same things out of the videos, well except for dory's video, it was definitely insightful, although i think i called her dorry in my blog lol, but oh well, people know who i'm talking about, i tend to be scattered and am doing several things at one time while i'm blogging, and i totally agree!!! whats with the slugs? lol
